Oklahoma City police are searching for two intruders in a robbery-turned-homicide.

Ricky Michael Wallice, 55, died Saturday, three days after being beaten by two men who broke into a residence at 1809 SW 19.

One intruder is described as a white man in his 50s with a gray beard and gray hair. The second was a black man in his 20s or 30s wearing a bandanna on his head, according to police.

A woman who lives at the address called police about 4 p.m. Aug. 29 after the intruders left, according to an incident report released Wednesday.

She told police two men knocked on the front door and Wallice answered. The two suspects did not say anything and forced their way into the residence after Wallice asked, “Who are you looking for?”

The woman told police she saw the two men punch Wallice before they told her to go to the bedroom. She said the men took a digital camera, her car keys and her house keys.

Wallice was taken to Presbyterian Hospital with a skull fracture, according to the incident report.

A neighbor told police the intruders fled the scene on bicycles.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call the homicide tip line at 297-1200.
