Police seize 1,500 heroin bricks at home owned by former Pittsburgh Steeler Published: June 9, 2014

Pittsburgh police seized 1,500 bricks of heroin from a house owned by former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Deshea Townsend.

The bust also yielded 16 firearms, more than $100,000 in cash and jewelry, two luxury vehicles, Cuban cigars and a live chicken. Yep, a live chicken.

According to CBS Pittsburgh reports, there is no indication that Townsend is involved. Townsend is currently the cornerbacks coach at Mississippi State University.
