Police use Facebook to notify woman of son's death

A Georgia woman is furious after she says she was notified of her son’s death through a bizarre Facebook message from police.

Anna Lamb-Creasey told a local TV station that if someone who is not a “friend” sends her a message it goes to a box called “other” in the message folder.

The woman had been searching for weeks for her son, who was hit by a vehicle while crossing a road Jan. 24, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
