Poor wheat crop hurts Oklahoma harvesters

The smaller winter wheat crop in Oklahoma and Texas is not only hurting out-of-state harvesters that make a living following the crop through both states.

This year’s crop — besieged by drought, a late freeze and an overabundance of rain in some areas — is also cutting into the annual incomes for harvesters here at home.
