Steve Henson, 43
The McPherson, Kan., native joined Kruger during his final season at Illinois, was an assistant and scout for the Atlanta Hawks and was on Kruger's staff all seven seasons at UNLV. He played six NBA seasons and played for Kruger at Kansas State. In 2007, Henson was named one of the top 25 assistants in the country.
Greg Grensing, 53
With Kruger at Texas-Pan American, Kansas State and UNLV, Grensing has more years (12) than anyone on the list. He also spent 15 years under Dana Altman at Kansas State and Creighton. Grensing, though, might be moved to director of basketball operations.
Kevin Kruger, 27
He played three seasons at Arizona State before transferring to UNLV to play his senior season under his father. Kruger has played professionally the past four years, including overseas. This season, he played for the Utah Flash, the Jazz's D-League team. He might be ready to begin his coaching career.
Lew Hill, 37
Probably won't be on the OU staff. Hill has spent the past seven seasons on Kruger's staff at UNLV after five years at Texas A&M and four at East Carolina. Hill played at Wichita State, earning All-Missouri Valley honors to lead the Shockers to the NCAA Tournament his senior year.
Terry Evans, 40
OU's all-time leader in 3-point baskets, Evans has notched 193 wins in nine seasons at Division II Central Oklahoma. His coaching career began one season under Billy Tubbs at TCU. He was OU's director of basketball operations one season before switching to high school coaching. Evans won three state titles as a coach at Midwest City and three as a player at Millwood.
