The Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association will discuss and possibly vote on the reinstatement of Broken Arrow athletic director Ken Ellett and assistant track coach Brad Farrow at Wednesday’s board of directors meeting.

Ellett and Farrow were both suspended by the school district following several violations that resulted in the Tigers forfeiting two football games and five track meets from the 2012-13 school year.

The penalties were self-imposed by Broken Arrow and approved by the OSSAA in September.

Ellett was suspended from his duties that involve any oversight of athletic eligibility this school year. Farrow was suspended from all coaching duties in the district.

Other items the board will vote on Wednesday  include:

*The state tournament sites for baseball.

*Extending the contract with State Fair Park for the state wrestling and basketball tournaments five years starting in 2015.

*Regent Preparatory School in Tulsa becoming an OSSAA provisional member school beginning in the 2014-15 school year.

*Replacing the second paragraph of Board Policy IX-G-5 effective immediately. Currently, the policy states, “Neither the school, nor any booster club or organization associated with the school, may pay fees and/or expenses, including transportation, for students to attend an individual camp or clinic.”
