Tulsa postal protest battles closure

TULSA — A small group of Kendall-Whittier residents on Wednesday protested the upcoming closure of the Whittier Station post office.

The group opposes the U.S. Postal Service ’s plan to consolidate Whittier Station, 111 S Lewis Ave., with the Downtown Station at 334 W Fourth St., beginning May 1.
