To encourage greater use of their printing services, PostNet stores nationwide — including three in the greater Oklahoma City area — this month are sponsoring a free online contest to win an iPad valued at $599. One person in the U.S. will win the iPad, while 10 runners-up will win a set of two-sided, full-color business cards.

No purchase is necessary. Potential customers — who must be 21 or older and have decision-making responsibility for printing or shipping for a company — simply use a working business e-mail to enter at postnet.com by Sept. 30. All entrants will receive a downloadable coupon for $10 off their next $50 purchase at PostNet.

Metro PostNet franchises are at 7109-G W Hefner, 1620 SW 89 and 1108 W Main in Norman.

"We really hope someone local will take home a prize in this national contest," said Jay Halli, owner of PostNet in northwest Oklahoma City. His store, which opened in 2008, also is featuring 25-cent color copies this month.

The Norman store during September is promoting buy one, get one digital 18-by-20-inch and larger posters, said Rod Cleveland, who opened the franchise in 1988. "So if you blow up a picture of your kid in his football uniform, you can get a free poster for Grandma," he said.

In addition to graphic design and digital printing, PostNet offers packaging and shipping services, stamps, private mailbox rental, photocopying, faxing, laminating, notary services and office supplies.

Founded in 1993, Denver-based PostNet International Franchise Corp. has more than 850 locations worldwide, including nearly 400 in the U.S.
