Power outage left 4000+ without A/C in Austin today

KXAN.com reported this morning that 4000+ people in Austin were without power due to a power outage. Austin electrical experts and crews from Austin Energy were assessing the extent of the problem this morning. The Austin Statesman reported that other parts of Texas also were suffering from power outages after heavy thunder storms hit Texas. Current weather reports predict two more inches of rain for Austin today.
