Prep football: Hornets down Titans again
SAND SPRINGS — There were plenty of differences between the first meeting of the season between Carl Albert and Tulsa Washington and Saturday’s Class 5A state championship game at Sand Springs Memorial Stadium.
Carl Albert’s David Oku was effective on the ground Saturday, at least early.
The Titans’ defense kept Tulsa Washington quarterback Eric Bennett in check through the air.
