Senior running back Joey Quinata, who rushed for 81 yards on five carries, also credited the offensive line for the team’s dominate rushing performance.

"I’m giving all the credit to our o-line,” Quinata said. "They pushed the defense forward and we just ran behind them.”

The Morrison defense stuffed Christian Heritage, which gained just 44 yards rushing and 164 total yards.

"We did a really good job defensively today,” Bales said.

Christian Heritage (10-3) concluded its first season in the Oklahoma Secondary School Actitivites Association with the loss.

"We had great success this season,” CHA coach John Merrell said. "I’m really proud of our kids. They fought hard every game.”
