Westmoore senior pitcher Kaci Quintero has wanted another shot at Moore since losing to the Lions in the Class 6A championship last fall.

She'll get her first shot tonight, when two of the top teams in the state renew their rivalry at 6:30 at Westmoore.
Quintero entered Monday with a 3-0 record, capped with a 10-strikeout perfect game against Washington on Saturday at the Lawton Festival.
Quintero also scored a run and drove in the other in leading the Jaguars to a 2-0 victory.
"She's always been solid for us, but it normally hasn't happened this quick,” Westmoore coach Steve Schwarz said. "She's shown a lot more maturity this season.”
Moore is paced by Katie Lynn, who was the winning pitcher in last year's championship game.
•Kelley gets feet wet against Edison:Tulsa Bishop Kelley had a solid football scrimmage Friday against Tulsa Edison, and coach J.J.Tappana hopes it helped get the Comets ready for the five-team scrimmage they are hosting Friday.
The scrimmage will include Tulsa Kelley, Sand Springs, Claremore, Metro Christian and Grove. Tappana said he was impressed with his offense on Friday.
"We feel like we're further ahead offensively this year than we have been in a while,” Tappana said. "(MarkHayes, a senior tight end), had a really nice game. He had a really nice 40-yard catch and run for a touchdown.”
Hayes, 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, is being recruited by several NCAA Division I schools, including Oklahoma and Oklahoma State.
•Little Axe shuts down powers: In the land of the giants, the smallest school, the Little Axe softball team, won the Carl Albert Tournament last weekend.
The Indians blanked both Carl Albert, 3-0, and Putnam City North, 1-0, on Saturday to claim the championship. Pitcher Devon Frazier picked up both victories.
"We only lost one senior and only have one senior on this year's team with a bunch of young girls coming up. We fully expect to do well,” Little Axe coach Mike Bread said.
Little Axe's Amanda Edmundson drove in the game-winning run with a two-out single in the seventh inning against PC North.
•Marlow offense still improving: After Marlow's football scrimmage Friday at Cache, coach BarryFoster is satisfied with the Outlaws' defense and the team's attitude. Still, Foster knows Marlow isn't ready for its first regular-season game.
Neither Cache nor Marlow scored against the other team's first-team defense.
"We're not ready to play Tuttle yet,” Foster said. "I like our attitude. They're willing to learn and willing to work, but we've got to cut down on our mistakes (on offense). Our mistakes are correctable, and there were lots of positives.”
Marlow hosts Davis at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the final scrimmage of the preseason.
•Cache comfortable with depth: Cache coach Matt Seid is surprised with how deep his team is after a scrimmage with Marlow.
"If someone gets hurt, we're not gonna see any decline,” Seid said.
