Crigler’s experience could pay off
Millwood lineman Christian Crigler is a four-year starter for the Falcons. The senior was a key part of Millwood’s 2006 state championship team. As the 2008 version of the Falcons prepare to host Chandler on Saturday night, Crigler reminds his teammates of Millwood’s 2006 playoff win against Chandler. "I have been telling them and will continue to tell them,” he said. "Chandler is a physical team, they’re bigger than us and we’ll have to play physical to win.” Chandler is averaging 345 rushing yards per game led by Johnny Morton’s 124 carries for 1,557 yards and 20 touchdowns.travel doesn’t matter to Chargers
Heritage Hall has been ranked No. 1 all season in Class 2A. Combine experienced gained from last year’s state final team and the Chargers are OK with being on the road Friday at Sequoyah-Tahlequah. "We’ve had guys that have been there before. There aren’t a lot of things that we haven’t seen before,” coach Andy Bogert said. "The team’s motto has been to finish. We’re ready.” By Ryan Aber, Brandon Chatmon and Robert Przybylo
