President Obama's speech to students outrages Oklahoma GOP legislators
Republican state lawmakers are sounding off against President Barack Obama 's plan to address school children Tuesday.
The Democratic president plans to talk to school children in an address that will be streamed live over the Internet on the White House Web site.
