Joaquin Coldwell says PRI candidate Enrique Pena Nieto will win the presidency.

He announced late Sunday that the party will await an official representative quick count before officially claiming victory. The count is expected at 11:45 p.m. local time.

Two of Pena Nieto's three main rivals conceded after exit polls showed him with a sizeable lead and winning about 40 percent of the vote.
