Jackson Street is one of the many San Francisco streets famous for its unbroken row of architectural glory, but it comes at a pretty penny: in 2013, three of the most expensive home sales of the year took place on Jackson Street.

2020 Jackson sold at a "discounted" $12.75 million, down from its listing price of $14.9 million. 2504 Jackson, which had received extensive treatment from San Francisco remodeling firms, sold for $13 million. 3660 Jackson went for a cool $18 million, half a million dollars above the asking price. Suffice it to say that if you're looking for an elite Jackson Street address, you'd better be willing to pay the piper!
