Norman and Rose Ann Bewley founded Prime Realty in 1990 after having been in the real estate business since 1974. He is president and she is office Manager. In 1998, their daughter, Kathy McMillan, joined them and is now managing broker.

"Since the key focus of Prime Realty Inc. has always been customer service, the decision to partner with the GMAC Real Estate family, which maintains a 94-percent customer service satisfaction rating through their ‘Premier Service' was an easy one,” McMillan said.

Prime Realty GMAC Real Estate has 15 sales associates who live in all four quadrants of the metro area.

Expansion is planned, McMillan said.
