Oklahoma inmate De'Ontel Harris, squatting, posted this photo in March 2012 to his Facebook page. He refers to himself as "De'Ontel Savagedagreat Harris." Time Magazine points out what reporters Andrew Knittle and Nolan Clay discovered a few months back
— prisoners’ cell phone access is on the rise, and inmates are using those phones to post to Facebook, deal drugs, order hits and plot escapes.

In Oklahoma, a newspaper investigation found dozens of prisoners using cellphones to maintain Facebook pages. The Oklahoman found about three dozen inmates who were disciplined by prison officials and its reporters found about as many who hadn’t been caught.
And also, prisoners are smuggling phones in body cavities, Ramen noodles and baby diapers.
