The Fish and Chips Tournament returns to Oklahoma this week but this time on Grand Lake and at the Downstream Casino Resort in Quapaw.

The event features pro bass anglers paired with partners in a bass fishing tournament and Texas Hold 'Em poker tournament. The champion is determined by points earned in both tournaments.

Last year's inaugural event was held at Arbuckle Lake and Riverwind Casino in Norman.

The poker tournament will be Thursday and Sunday at the Downstream Casino. The bass tournament will be Friday and Saturday on Grand Lake with the weigh-ins at the casino.

Among the pro bass anglers scheduled to compete are former Bassmaster Classic champions Rick Clunn and Skeet Reese, Ardmore's Jeff Kriet, Mike McClelland, Gerald Swindle, Boyd Duckett and last year's Fish and Chips champ, Dean Rojas.

For more information on the event, call the casino at (918) 919-6000.
