Problems still exist with health care compromise

N ews reports Wednesday suggested a breakthrough by congressional Democrats trying to persuade House "Blue Dog” moderates on health care reform legislation. Without the Blue Dogs the bill can’t pass, so House leaders agreed to reduce its cost, watered down a proposed public health insurance option coveted by President Obama and promised a final vote won’t occur until after the August recess.
