Property overhaul delayed in The Village
THE VILLAGE — Redevelopment on the Vintage Lake Apartments property likely won’t start until late spring, city officials said.
City Manager Bruce Stone said the project is being delayed because the city will have to borrow $1.5 million to demolish and clear the site.
