Proposed parking, retail buildings for Bricktown Canal properties approved by Bricktown Urban Design Committee
A four-month stand off between the Bricktown Urban Design Committee and developer Chris Johnson over a proposal to build parking along the Bricktown Canal ended in a split vote Wednesday to allow the project to move forward.
Johnson's plans call for the creation of parking lots on both sides of the canal just west of Mickey Mantle Drive.
