Prosecutors fight ruling to release Obama threat suspect to Oklahoma rehab facility

Federal prosecutors in Tulsa are challenging a magistrate's order Wednesday to let a man who is charged with threatening the president and first lady be transferred from jail to a rehab facility.

Federal prosecutors in Tulsa are challenging a magistrate's order Wednesday to let a man who is charged with threatening the president and first lady be transferred from jail to a rehab facility.

Mark Dee Gragg, 49, was indicted Feb. 7 by a federal grand jury after he initially was charged by prosecutors Jan. 19.

An affidavit alleges that Gragg made numerous after-hours telephone calls to the Secret Service in which he "continually" threatened President Barack Obama.
