Prosecutors: Woman bit off boyfriend’s tongue during fight

A word to the wise: Don’t try to kiss your significant other in the midst of a fight. It could be detrimental to your health and mouth.
But it looks like one Illinois man learned that the hard way.

Police said officers have arrested an Illinois woman accused of biting her boyfriend’s tongue off.
According to Skokie.SunTimes.com, the couple had just returned from celebrating Valentine’s Day on Friday when they got into a fight. The man told her they should stop fighting and went in to kiss her.
Authorities said the woman then “bit off a large portion of his tongue.”
