Putnam City to take on Chargers
TULSA — If history is any guide, Tuesday’s semifinal between Putnam City and Tulsa Memorial at the Tournament of Champions should be must-see basketball.
The Pirates pulled away from Roff for a 72-50 win in Monday’s opening round and will face the Chargers tonight at 7.
The two teams last met in a classic state tournament game in 2008, which the Chargers won 40-38 on their way to the title.
