Putnam City upgrades telephone notification system
WARR ACRES — Putnam City School District teachers and administrators now will have an easier time getting information out to parents.
On Monday, the school board purchased an upgrade to SchoolMessenger, the autodialing system used to inform parents of student absences, school events and safety precautions.
The upgrade increased the capacity and speed of daily routine calls the system makes to parents.<...
