Q : Oklahoma City businessman Ed Evans is buying Oak Tree Golf Club from Don Mathis and plans to improve it in hopes of luring back prominent golf tournaments and the professional tour. What are your thoughts on the purchase?

A : I've heard the guy apparently is going to sink a lot of money into it. It's a good thing for the residents. It'll increase property values.
