Questions on shingles vaccine prompting further discussion
Last week's column on the shingles vaccination elicited so many inquiries that this week, I will address some of the questions and problems of access to the vaccine.
There were several questions from people who have had shingles. It is possible to get it again, even several times, so the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the vaccine for those who have had an episode of shingles.
