- What did the city do with the downtown streetscape master plan drawn up by a consultant a couple years prior to the start of Project 180?
- Can consultants’ work be manipulated?
- Can the hiring of city consultants be manipulated?
- How many consultants were hired for phase 2 work on MAPS 3 projects that weren’t already hired for phase 1 work? What are the ramifications of consultants being hired for phase 1 and phase 2 work on these projects?
