Loyce Dean finally has some much-needed closure.

Just days past the five-year anniversary of her son Mandrell's tragic death, Loyce Dean watched her grandson, Quintaz Struble , sign a letter of intent with Arkansas State on Wednesday morning at Heritage Hall.
