The New Orleans Times-Picayune reported that the Hornets have three more opt-out clauses in their renegotiated lease in addition to the widely reported option at the end of the 2008-09 season.
The Hornets can also leave on June 30, 2011, or in 2012 or 2013. The penalty to leave is $10 million.
