Racehorse cloning gets ‘nay’ from Oklahoma panel
A bill to ban offspring of cloned racehorses from competing in Oklahoma galloped closer Wednesday to becoming law.
Rep. Don Armes , chairman of the state House’s Agriculture and Rural Development Committee and House author of Senate Bill 694, said it’s important to keep cloned horses and their offspring off Oklahoma racetracks.
