Racketeering complaints target 30 suspected Oklahoma City gang members

Oklahoma City police filed an affidavit Thursday detailing a racketeering case against 30 suspected members of the Juarito street gang. More than a dozen arrests were made Thursday. Others implicated in the case already are in custody.

• Jose Minjarez, 25.

• Elid Miranda, 21.

• Juan Olivarez, 31.

• Jose Perez, 35.

• Luis Perez, 28.

• Thomas Ruiz, 32.

• Guillermo Zuniga, 20.

Also facing racketeering complaints are:

• David Medina, 28.

• Saul Becerra, 20.

• Maurico Martinez, 21.

• Oscar Minjarez, 22.

• Joel Perez, 27.

• Louis Helguera, 27.

• Ivan Helguera, 26.

• Julio Negrete, 28.
