Monroe Elementary School in Oklahoma City will reopen for classes Thursday
Monroe Elementary School will be open Thursday after maintenance crews removed water and repaired damage caused by rain leaking through the roof.
Classes were canceled Wednesday for the 470 students who attend the school at 4810 N Linn Ave.
