Rain is expected to continue Friday in central Oklahoma as cooler weather continues.

A soggy weekend is possible too.

The forecast for Oklahoma City from the National Weather Service is as follows:

Friday: Rain. Patchy fog before 1 p.m. High near 65. North wind 11 to 14 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Friday night: A 40 percent chance of rain. Cloudy with a low around 59. North, northwest wind 7 to 10 mph.

Saturday: A 30 percent chance of rain. Cloudy with a high near 75. North, northwest wind 3 to 7 mph.

Saturday night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy with a low around 62. Light and variable wind becoming south, southeast around 5 mph after midnight.

Sunday: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny with a high near 81. South, southwest wind 6 to 11 mph.

Sunday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 63.

Monday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny with a high near 83.

Monday night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 56.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny with a high near 79.

Tuesday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 57.
