There is a 60 percent chance for more rain in Oklahoma Thursday with possible heavy showers, the National Weather Service reports.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Cloudy with a high near 80. Southeast wind between 8 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent.

Thursday: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy with a low around 62. Northeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming southeast. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Friday: Partly sunny with a high near 86. South wind between 6 and 11 mph.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy with a low around 67. South wind between 8 and 11 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 87. South wind between 10 and 17 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy with a low around 71.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 88.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy with a low around 71.

Monday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny with a high near 88.

Monday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy with a low around 71.

Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny with a high near 86.

Tuesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 68.

Wednesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 84.
