Ratings watch: Ratings for Thunder's playoff opener up 28 percent over last year

The Thunder's playoff opener against Houston on Sunday night earned a combined 24.5 local rating (TNT 14.7, Fox Sports Oklahoma 9.8), a 28 percent increase over last year's opener against Dallas (ESPN 13.8, FSOK 5.3). Local viewers also are hungry for non-Thunder playoff games. ABC's first two games averaged 6.3 on KOCO-5, topped by 8.2 for Lakers-Spurs. Four games on TNT averaged 4.3, and three games on ESPN averaged 3.7.
