KOCO-5’s Texas-OSU telecast earned a 19.7, OSU’s second-best rating this season behind a 23.0 for Georgia. Brett Favre’s return to Green Bay produced Fox’s second most-watched Sunday NFL telecast ever with a 17.4 rating and 29.8 million viewers, including an 18.1 on KOKH-25. KOKH-25 has averaged a 7.2 for its five World Series games (7.4, 7.4, 3.2, 10.7, 7.4). KSBI-52 received a 3.2 for the Thunder’s season opener Oct. 28, down from a 4.3 for last season’s opener.
