Real deals: Oklahoma real estate transactions

• OVMA paid $750,000 to Tim Hughes for a 3,852-square-foot office building at 770 E Britton Road. Monica Uhland of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates represented the buyer and Susan Davis Jordan of NAI Sullivan Group represented the seller.

• Transformation Church International paid $325,000 to God's Apostolic Prophetic Restoration Tabernacle for a 13,367-square-foot special-purpose property at 3000 NW Grand Blvd. Jack James of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates handled the transaction.

• Westwind Leasing LLC paid $345,000 to GRS Services for a 5,624-square-foot industrial building at 1512 S MacArthur Blvd. Brad Baker of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates handled the transaction.

• Directional Drilling Co. leased 12,293 square feet of industrial space at 137 NE 138 from DPI Development. Baker handled the transaction.

• Security Financial Mortgage LLC leased 1,394 square feet of office space at 5929 N May Ave., Suite 303, from Nashert Constructors Inc. Jerry Hocker of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates handled the transaction.
