Real Deals: transactions for Nov. 9

•  Canyon Ranch LP paid $1,000,076 to Rockwell LLC for 14.26 acres on Westpointe Parkway in Yukon to develop multifamily housing. Bob Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

•  Sweet Dreams LLC paid $575,000 to Terry Johnson for 1.59 acres at 3600 SW 104 for retail development. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Barbara Chatman of Old Republic Title Co. of Oklahoma handled the closing.

•  Kenneth B. Fuller paid $270,000 to L&H Real Estate LLC for a 9,200-square-foot property at 12360 N MacArthur Blvd. for a corporate office for CRI Roofing. Sullivan handled the transaction. Jackie Hatton of Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co. handled the closing.
