•  Property Development Capital LLC paid $1,190,000 to James D. King for property at NW 64 and Shartel. Ford Price handled the transaction.

•  34th and MacArthur Apartments LLC paid $1,650,000 to First Bethany Bank and Trust for an apartment property at 5811 NW 34. David Dirkschneider handled the transaction.

•  L.C. Ramseyer LLC paid $1,294,000 to Oklahoma Empire Group LLC for a 6,900-square-foot medical office property at 120 Chisholm Trail Way, Mustang. Cordell Brown handled the transaction.

•  7-Eleven LLC paid $800,000 to REHCO LLC for an 80,000-square-foot parcel at Memorial Road and Everest. Brown handled the transaction.

•  Clover West LLC paid $685,000 to Peter L. Boatright Individual Retirement Plan for land at NW 142 and Kentucky. Craig Tucker handled the transaction.

•  Braselton & Co. Inc. paid $400,000 to JEH LLC for an industrial property at 1400 SE 29. Mark Patton handled the transaction.
