Dr. Jeff McIllroy paid $2.4 million to RCB Bank for 36,218-square-foot at Berkshire Medical Plaza, 1615-1621 Eucalyptus in Broken Arrow, in a transaction handled by Ryan McNeill and Tim Strange of Sperry Van Ness-William T. Strange & Associates in Oklahoma City. The building, constructed in 2000, was 50 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Equity Commercial Realty

Equity Commercial Realty in Norman reports the following transactions:

Judy J. Hatfield and Eric C. Fleske handled the following leases for the state of Oklahoma at 3421 N Walnut in Oklahoma City: 1,500 square feet for the Office of the State Treasurer; 450 square feet for the Office of State Finance; 3,000 square feet for the Oklahoma State and Education Employee Group Insurance Board; 1,219 square feet lease for the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision; 1,102 square feet for the Department of Central Services; and 4,869 square feet for the office of attorney general.

Noble Machine LLC leased 6,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1000 S Main St. in Noble. Fleske handled the transaction.

Bewitched Inc., also known as Bison Witches, renewed a lease for 3,472 square feet of space at 211 E Main St. in Norman. Hatfield handled the transaction.

Robert Wright with Wright Environmental Services LP leased 2,000 square feet of space at 413 Highland Parkway in Norman. Hatfield handled the transaction.

Tammy Graham, owner of Posh Salon and Apparel LLC, leased 1,400 square feet of space at 329 White St. on Campus Corner in Norman. This is the third location; there are stores in Stillwater and Marlow. Hatfield handled the transaction.

When: OSU-OKC's Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Where: OSU-OKC Horticulture Pavilion, 400 N Portland Ave.

What's there: Organic fruits and vegetables; baked goods; eggs; organic meats

Upcoming: The Farmers Market will close Dec. 29 but reopen Jan. 5 with its 2012 Food Celebration. Kamala Gamble, a local chef and organic gardener, will give cooking classes with some of the foods found at the Farmers Market. Also, vendors will have recipes at their booths that include foods they sell.
