Dr. Jeff McIllroy paid $2.4 million to RCB Bank for 36,218-square-foot at Berkshire Medical Plaza, 1615-1621 Eucalyptus in Broken Arrow, in a transaction handled by Ryan McNeill and Tim Strange of Sperry Van Ness-William T. Strange & Associates in Oklahoma City. The building, constructed in 2000, was 50 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
