Kustom Krete Construction, specialist in tornado shelters and concrete stain and stamping, has leased space at New City Center in Moore. Grand opening of the showroom is April 5. Rick Pritchett of Precor Ruffin Properties handled the lease negotiations.

Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates reports the following transactions:

Visionary.Net LLC paid $330,000 to Ali and Donna Ghazanfari for 3.54 acres at NW 114 and Broadway Extension. Jack James handled the transaction.

•  Opportunities Industrialization Center paid $350,000 to Drug Recovery Inc. for 12,000 square feet of office space at 3033 N Walnut. James handled the transaction.

•  General Parts LLC leased 5,580 square feet of industrial space at 1241 Metropolitan Ave. from MCA Investments Inc. Chuck Shirley of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Hocker & Associates and Brad Baker of NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

•  Brown Boys 1 LLC paid $3,065,000 to Sorentino Ranch LLC for a retail property at 3001 W Memorial, Oklahoma City. Paul Ravencraft handled the transaction.

•  Rockwell and 23rd Apartments LLC paid $1,920,006 to Rockwell Arms Holding Co. LLC for an apartment property at 2500 N Rockwell, Oklahoma City. David Dirkschneider handled the transaction.
