•  F&R-240 & May LLC paid $1.17 million to Blade Associates LP and FUDO Capital LLC for a 55,242-square-foot supermarket building at 7000 S May Ave.

•  89 Enterprises LLC paid $625,000 to Minh T. Nguyen and Lai M. Vuong for a 19,800-square-foot shopping center at 2607 N MacArthur Blvd.

•  CDJ Holding LLC paid $520,500 to Timothy and Christine White for a 9,000-square-foot retail store at 7820 NW 39 Expressway.

•  Richard and Amy Cox of G3 services LLC leased a 5,000-square-foot warehouse at 11605 N Santa Fe Ave. for their landscaping business, which specializes in mowing and decorative lighting for municipalities. G3 Services opens in the new location in early June.
