Real estate transactions

•  Danielson Oil Co. of Oklahoma leased 2,015 square feet of office space at 709 26th Ave. NW in Norman. Eric C. Fleske was the listing associate, and Gayla Artman was the leasing associate.

•  The state of Oklahoma leased the following spaces at 3421 N Walnut in Oklahoma City: 1,881 square feet for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce; 1,434 square feet for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System; 1,140 square feet for the Oklahoma Arts Council; 703 square feet for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission; 4,692 square feet for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education; and 5,210 square feet for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. Fleske and Judy J. Hatfield handled the leases.

•  Shelley Pearson/Beauty Boutique LLC leased 884 square feet of space at 1530 SW 119. Hatfield handled the lease.

•  MAW Enterprises Inc./Brothers renewed a lease for 4,659 square feet at 565 Buchanan on Campus Corner in Norman for five years. Hatfield handled the transaction.
