• John Pinion, manager, Pinion Investments LLC, paid $231,000 to Jerome and Irene Smith of the Smith Family Trust for a 10.5-acre industrial site on Highway 66 east of Cimarron Road, to develop industrial buildings for lease. Gerald L. Gamble represented the seller, and Brian Woodward represented the buyer. First American Title & Trust Co. provided title services.
• ATC Drivetrain renewed its lease on a warehouse at 4870 NW 3. The dock-high masonry building has high-bay space and the tenant uses it for remanufacturing automotive parts. The landlord is Naifco Realty Co. Gamble handled the renewal.
• Ryan Cardamone, doing business as Custom Iron Design LLC, leased an 8,000-square-foot building at 1241 W Main St. to manufacture ornamental iron products. Naifeh Realty Co. is the landlord. Gamble handled the lease.
• Closed Loop Recycling Inc. leased a 12,250-square-foot, brick-and-masonry, dock-high warehouse at 925 SW 4 from Naifeh Realty Co. Lori Bedford of Gerald L. Gamble Co. handled the lease.
