Poached Pears With Raspberry Sauce This elegant dessert has a chocolate surprise filling tucked inside each poached pear. I have been making versions of the dessert for years, modifying it over time with mascarpone cheese, drowned in chocolate sauce and decorated with raspberries to a heart-healthier chocolate filling with an elegant sauce.
