Signing Day will stretch into next week for Douglass defensive end Deondre Clark.

Clark will have his signing day ceremony on 2 p.m. on Monday at Douglass High School, as confirmed by Scott Wright of The Oklahoman. Clark was originally slated to have his ceremony Thursday, but another day of school closings in the Oklahoma City area due to inclement weather pushes the suspense into next week.

On Wednesday, numerous sources reported that LSU had received Clark's signed Letter of Intent, which Douglass coach Willis Alexander refuted, and Clark's mother, Dorshell, did not confirm.

Clark will decide between LSU and Oklahoma.

UPDATE: LSU Sports Information Director Michael Bonnette tweeted at 12:43 p.m. Thursday that LSU "will now announce 23rd signee on Monday instead of today as previously reported."

UPDATE (3:17 p.m.): In an email to OU reporter Jason Kersey, OU Sports Information Director Pete Moris wrote “OU Football announced its 2014 signing class on Wednesday. However, we will gladly make members of the media aware should any additional prospects sign a National Letter of Intent.”
