RedHawks slugger Mike Hessman fell short of Oklahoma City's single-season Triple-A record for home runs. Hessman finished with 35, which ranks No. 4 on the top-10 list. Dave Roberts set the bar in 1965, hitting 38 for the 89ers. Hessman was a Pacific Coast League All-Star this season, but his downfall at catching Roberts was a 12-game homerless stretch late in the season.
